Pet care experience
I'm JJ, an avid animal lover and advocate. I've been immersing myself in the pet world since I was 13, with active professional jobs since I was 16. I have experience with animals of all species, breeds, and care levels. I have trained multiple dogs over the past decade - one even being a Service Dog! I have experience working with aggression, anxiety, and otherwise sensitive dogs. I also have experience with grooming, and am able to upkeep high maintenance coats in dogs and can also give baths to other domestic animals!

She’s the best.
JJ is reliable and does a wonderful job checking in and providing updates. We have an anxious hound dog, and JJ seems unfazed by our high-needs pup. It’s been so nice to have someone who is willing and able to do repeat stays, especially since our dog takes a minute to warm up to others.
Thank you JJ! It was wonderful to know that cats were taken care of while away for so long.
I have to start off by saying that I was torn on leaving a negative review. It isn’t who I am, but if this post would have been available for review when we were looking for a pet sitting, it would have had relevance. The hard facts: JJ had been to our home on 5 prior occasions and was well aware of our invisible fence and the need to carry the dogs over the fence line for walks. She had gone on 3 walks as I would carry our younger dog over the fence line to get to the sidewalk across the street. I had also let her know that we had outdoor cameras. While we were on vacation, we started receiving alerts whenever there was outside movement. All of that to say that we watched her drag our dog across the fence line. Cooper hesitated, but eventually went. With the cameras, we also saw that she only took the dogs for walks 3 of the 8 days were away, and 1 walk was only 7 minutes. I had asked her to walk and feed the dogs the final day as we would not be home until 8pm. She did not walk them. When I brought up the lack of walks, she insisted they had quality back yard play time. Again, we have a camera in the back yard also, and she DID not have quality time. The 2 instances where we did see her in the back, she sat vaping on the glider and had no interaction with the dogs. The additional minor complaints was the mess she left our house in. Both kitchen and dining tables were left greasy and food crumbs, a collection of soda cans were left in the bedroom, several minor things were broken-I don’t care about the broken items-just wanted to include in the collection of issues.

Safety, trust & environment
I keep multiple leashes, extra collars, and a first aid kid with me during all services completed. I will NOT use flexi leashes, as they are known to cause injuries to both pet and human, instead, I will use one of my own leashes for the safety of all involved in the service. Due to the fact that I am in the process of becoming Fear Free Certified, I will no longer be taking in NEW clients which use shock or prong collars. All returning clients who use them are still more than welcome to book.
Information JJ G. would like to know about your pet
Before a meet and greet, I will ask about your dogs behavior, normal schedule, and a couple other questions to get to know your dog better! Once I have asked these questions and have decided if your pets are a good fit for our services we will schedule a drop-in!
A typical day
In a typical day, there will be plenty of games, walks, and fun! Your pup will always come back tired from a walk, and both pups and kitties will rest well after a drop-in!
