Pet care experience
Growing up in San Jose, I would pet sit for my friends and neighbors’ pets, in addition to training and raising my own dog (who crossed the rainbow bridge last Christmas at age 15). Now I live and work in San Francisco, and with COVID, have found myself unexpectedly working from home 24/7. I miss social company and being around dogs, and have found Rover to be an incredibly fun service to be a part of. Although it's not the same as having my own dog around, I love each and every dog as much as I can, and love making them happy with walks, playtime, treats, and simple scratches behind the ear. My apartment is dog-friendly for boarding, and house-sitting is not a problem if we are all adhering with COVID safety protocols.

Jinny is the best! We hired her to check in on our cat over thanksgiving and she exceeded our expectations. She sent us photos whenever she came by, and it was obvious that she spent time with our kitty, playing with her, giving her pets, and making sure she wasn’t lonely. We asked her to feed the cat an extra time so she would have food while we where traveling home, and because Jinny was close by, she offered instead to just come by an extra time without charge! Will definitely hire again.
Amazing! As always, Jinny is a caring, responsible, reliable sitter. Echo feels very comfortable with her and I trust her completely in my home and with my fur baby.
Jinny took care of my plants ? while I was away for six weeks! The other person who i had hired bailed on me the day before I was supposed to leave, I found Jinny, contacted her and within 30 min she met with me and picked up my keys. She did awesome and kept my plants alive, she was caring and communicative. She also sent photos for updates. Jinny even gifted me one plant ? She is reliable, caring, and I recommend her 100% ???
Jinny was so kind and loving to our dog Calvin! She took him all around the neighborhood and spent so much time with him during our weekend away. She stayed in our home and left the place nicer than she found it. We can’t wait to book with her again soon!

A typical day
We'd go on walks to the nearby parks and beaches: Alta Plaza, Fort Mason, and Chrissy Field. We'd also explore Russian Hill and its mini parks. Within your backyard (if you have one), I can let your dog enjoy the normal activities he/she enjoys with you, such as playing fetch, frisbee, or training sessions.
