Pet care experience
I love dogs and want to spend as much time with them as I can. Living at home with my 2 dogs and getting to see them every day makes life so much better. I have done limited dog walking but I have house sat and done check-ins with multiple friends’ dogs over the last 3-4 years and would love more experience taking care of and loving on as many dogs as I can!

I have a reactive 2 year old pitbull chihuahua mix named tuna. She has a hard time meeting new people, especially men. When I first introduced Jimmy to her, I asked him to ignore her, give her space and pretend like she didn’t exist. After a few meetings like this, she warmed up to him and now he’s one of her favorite people. Jimmy followed my instructions and knew the signs to give her space when needed. When ever he comes over now, she is overjoyed to see him! He plays with her, has taken her for walks and outside for potty breaks. Jimmy loves all dogs, even the reactive ones that need a little extra time and space. He is patient and kind and was willing to work with tuna. He is responsible, follows directions and loves all dogs like they are his own! Tuna and I are glad to have a caring friend like Jimmy who goes the extra mile to get to know your pets, their habits and play style!

I love learning what their favorite toys and activities are, their favorite spots to sleep or hang out, their favorite treats, etc. All that matters is that they are able to be comfortable, be themselves, and relax in their own home so anything I can do to help with that, I’ll do.

No breed preferences! Any and all welcome and loved! I like to know general behavior on walks and what to expect if other dogs or people are encountered on the walks.
A typical day
I fully encourage zoomies and will participate in the zoomies with the pups (safely of course, as to make sure they don’t cause any collateral damage ?) fetch, and any other activities they enjoy ?

Availability
I am currently in between jobs right now so I have plenty of time on my hands to take care of and give love to dogs. Other than letting my dogs out for potty breaks throughout the day, I have no time commitments during the day.
