I’ve always grown up with family dogs and got my own dog in university while juggling full-time course work and a part-time job. I have single-handily house-trained both my dogs and pride myself in teaching recall in off-leash environments. I’m a very active individual and love taking my dogs on long hikes and trail runs.

Jimmy is an experienced dog dad who can teach tricks/commands, will run/hike with your doggie, and can ensure your doggie's safety and well-being while in his care. He's the reason why my partner and I now have our own pup!

I live in a dog-friendly apartment and both my dogs are completely house-trained so I don’t really need to do much to be honest. My balcony is always open when I’m home and I’ve trained both my dogs from puppy to adulthood so nothing is really a surprise for me anymore.

Please let me know if your dog has any dietary restrictions or long-term illness (my pups and I snack a lot). More likely than not we will be doing something outdoors, so please let me know ahead of time if there is something I should know about erratic outdoor behaviour
A typical day
I like to do 5-21k runs with my dogs in the summertime. Every weekend, off-leash dog parks are a must to keep my two high-energy dogs somewhat under control. We've basically done every dog-friendly hike in the Greater Vancouver Area.

Availability
I work in IT which has a highly flexible remote work schedule and a dog-friendly office if I choose to go in. Sundays are always dog days.
