I was a Paramedic and a Firefighter before CIDP made it impossible to continue. I am able to care for my family and our dogs including walks and playtime. I've cared for people, now I care for personal pets including dogs of all sizes (chihuahua to large Staffordshire Terriers). I've owned cats as well, and will provide litter box services. I walk, but the dog must be well behaved on a leash, especially larger breeds. I am 6'4", 260 lbs, if the dog pulls me around, it isn't very enjoyable for either of us and would need additional leash training. I am willing to walk larger breeds, including 'pitbulls', Rottweilers, German Shepherds, as long as I feel comfortable with the animal by how comfortable they are with me. If we gel, then great! I am good under stress, hence few things cause any. I have an easygoing nature, and friends and former colleagues can and will vouch for me. I've successfully undergone all background checks performed throughout my career, including LiveScan which searches my fingerprints against all National criminal databases. I love life here on Camano Island. We have a fenced yard. We have a covered patio. We have a single level 1800 sq. ft floor plan. I will board your pet, do overnights at your place, and perform waste pickup as long as your pet doesn't show any true aggression. Playful barking, tongue drooping, bounding, playing, tail wagging, ball catching, frisbee chasing, and roughhousing are welcome!!!!
