Jillian was was watching Bella over the Labor Day weekend and took great care of her. She also kept me updated with photos and was very accomodating with drop-off and pickup times. I'd definitely have her watch Bella again!
Jillian was great! She was very accommodating. When I had car trouble she offered to pick up my dog, Taz and was understanding when we were late getting back in town. She sent text updates during Taz's stay and showed concern when he wasn't eating. By the time he came home, he was comfortable with Jillian, didn't seem to want to leave. I would definitely want her to watch Taz next time.
Jillian took great care of our (high maintenance) dog Sadie over the Christmas holiday. She was very patient with her, and it's clear she's an animal lover.
Jillian was great with Roscoe! He definitely enjoyed his stay. He has a lot of energy and a very active personality and she kept him busy. He has some strange quirks too and she was able to accommodate. She provided updates to let me know everything was going well. We would definitely recommend her!

I am careful to read instructors from the owners. I want the pet to feel at ease and also not be too shaken from their routine. I am a student so I have a flexible schedule.
