I booked Jillian for a walk for my Rottweiler/Pitbull Mix Napoleon today at 7am 12/ 31/2018. She contacted me 12/30/2018 6:10 asking if I'd be home at this time my phone was on the charger. I responded at 6:19am letting Jillian know I was indeed going to be home and to please inform me if she'd still be doing the walk. I never received a response and when it was 7:00am Jillian did not show up. I understand she may have not been sure if I'd be home to hand off Napoleon however, a response to my text would have been appreciated. I'm waiting for a response from support if someone is going to come walk my dog or refund my money which already came out of my pocket for a service I never received. I gave a two-star rating since I didn't respond quickly enough to her question, but only two-stars because I never received a text back so I could order another walker.
