I am 24 years old and currently working within the Half Hollow Hills School District as a paraprofessional. I often work one on one with children with special needs and within the special education program. I'm still living at home with my parents and saving up to eventually move out. I attended Syracuse University and studied computer art and animation. Though I love art, I'm still deciding on what I'd like to pursue in regards to my career. Between student loans and wanting to move out, I'm looking to make a bit more money. And what better for an animal lover than pet sitting! Lizards, rabbits, birds, and dogs. You name it and my family has surely had one as a pet at one point or another. My first dog was a Rottweiler, and actually became a part of the family before I did. Her name was Sidnie and you couldn't introduce me to a more gentle and loving Rottie on this planet. Later came the Spanish Water Dogs, Roscoe and Xara. Between the two of them, they've spent more time in my pool than my entire family. And last but not least is Harley, a small mutt whose bound to have some poodle in him. He's got an underbite with a snaggle tooth that brings a smile to everyone's face. Any animal that has ever been a part of my home has always been considered much more than simply a pet, and treated as such. And I will gladly do the same for yours!
