Animals have been a part of my life since I can remember. I’ve cared for all different types of critters. I help my family, friends, neighbors and co-workers make their pets lives better.

I booked with Jillian for a week full of drop ins at our home while we were on vacation, and I would not do so again, as I found her very unreliable and dishonest, particularly in relation to morning visits. She was sometimes more than 3 hours late to check ins, leaving my pup hungry and surely quite uncomfortable, then provided incredible excuses. The booking was for daily visits at 7am and a visit at 7pm to check in on our dog and our cat. The first morning, she was more than two hours late. She texted at 7:15 to say that she was running behind because she had a headache; at 8:40, she said she needed to wait for a ride from her grandfather. She eventually arrived more than two hours late. That evening, she was more than 90 minutes late. She texted me at 7:45 saying she was waiting on her grandpa for a ride. She eventually arrived after 8:30, saying "From here on out, I’ll be right on time." But, the next morning, she was about an hour late again. She texted me at 7:09 saying she was "driving still" (from her home 10 minutes away), but she didn't arrive until 7:52. She was more than 90 minutes late the next day. She texted me at 7:16 telling me she was "sitting in traffic" (again purportedly traveling from her home 10 minutes away) but then she didn't arrive until 8:44. She was 3 hours late the morning after. I had to text her to remind her of her responsibilities, and she didn't arrive until 10:01. She was more than 3 hours late the next day too. I texted her repeatedly and called her, trying to find out what was happening; she provided no excuse. And she was almost 2 hours late the next day too. I texted her to ask why she was late and at 7:45 she said she was on her way ("I'm hurrying") but then she didn't arrive until about 9. And she was more than an hour late on her last visit. Unreliable, to say the least. I would not recommend her, and certainly not for anything related to morning work; I'm not sure if she was constantly hungover or just not a morning person, but she was reliably irresponsible in the mornings, and sporadically in the evenings too.
Jillian was wonderful and easy to work with! Our oldest cat has diabetes and needs insulin twice daily, she followed our instructions and helped make our trip away from home worry free. We know our cats were in good hands and would 100 percent rebook her again for any of our drop in needs. Thank you Jillian!
Very reliable, great communicator and took great care of my cats!
Jill was very professional and caring for our dog. This was our first time using Rover and Jill made us feel at ease the whole time. She is easy to get a hold of and handled giving medication smoothly. I would recommend Jill to anyone who is looking for short or long term care.

I love to play games inside and outside with them. And go for beautiful walks near my house. There are hills with beautiful trails and trees everywhere. Fetch is always fun at the park and of course, tug of war. Enrichment puzzles and games are always great to keep them entertained and keep there mind sharp.
