Pet care experience
I've been a pet sitter since I was teenager and continued to be the go to pet person for my family, friends, and coworkers. I've taken care of many breeds such as Golden Retrievers, Labs, Shitzus, Shiba Inus, Australian Shepherds, and Schnauzers just to name a few! I work from home most days and my schedule is flexible. I am currently a dog mom to a little Goldendoodle puppy and I have leash trained, basic command trained, crate trained, and potty trained her myself. I am a firm believer in positive reinforcement & understand that patience is the most important part when it comes to caring for a pet.

In my home, I always make sure my dog is supervised. If I need to step out for a bit, she goes into her kennel for a short period of time in the interest of her safety since she's still a puppy and can very easily get into things! I make sure to let her out at least once every 4 hours, or whenever she signals to go outside. I am extremely attentive of the animals in my home and the freedom they're allowed is dependent on the comfortability of their owner and the level of trust we build.

I would like to know their temperament with strangers, so I can adjust our meet and greet accordingly. If you could let me know their feeding schedule and typical behaviors/routine I would appreciate it! If possible, I try to keep the pet's routine as much as possible while they are in my care to reduce their stress levels with an already new sitter/walker.
A typical day
I like to give pets/cuddle, play, and practice commands with the pets I watch. During my time with them, I understand that it may be the only mental stimulation/engagement they get for a longer period of time so I try to add value to the visit by maximizing my time offering enrichment for your pets!

Availability
I work from home most days so my schedule is flexible when needed! Since I have a puppy I take her to the dog park at least once a week to make sure she is socialized well and get some of her puppy energy out! Other times we go for 2 walks a day. We also do training and brush time every day. I'd love if we could include your pet in our routine!
