We requested Jillian drop in to play with our cats/scoop litter boxes every 3 days while we were out of town for a couple weeks. We are giving her 2 stars due to some issues we experienced during that time. 1) On the first day, we had to remind her she needed to stop by, and she did not stay the full 30 minutes we paid for. 2) Some instructions were not followed, such as scooping 2 litter boxes (only 1 was cleaned) and leaving lights on in the house. 3) Our house and key lockbox were left unlocked after one visit. 4) A friend happened to be in the house when Jillian came by one day, but Jillian never communicated that to us... thankfully, it was a friend, but would have appreciated a heads up (considering it could have had been a stranger pretending to be a friend). 5) She was a no-show on the last visit without any heads up. ----- After the reservation was completed, she admitted that items 3 4 and 5 occurred because she had to quickly leave town for a family emergency, but that wasn't communicated until 3 days after the emergency occurred, and a full day after the no-show visit. Thankfully, they're just cats and are self-sufficient for a few days at a time, but it still made me uncomfortable as a pet owner.

Jillian was just amazing with our Charlie! She went on an adventure walk, a dog park, made homemade dog biscuits, and then to another dog park! Jillian sent us photos and videos, and I could tell Charlie was living her best life. My husband and I both work from home, so I was worried Charlie would cry or whine all day being away from us. Nope! She didn't even look back at me when I dropped her off, lol. I ceased to exist and Jillian was her new favorite person. We will definitely be using Jillian for all our future doggy day care needs ?
