I have had a German Shepherd for 4.5 years. He is my baby, but has had a variety of health problems that have allowed me to have a deep knowledge of how to care for dogs. I have become very watchful with dogs and can promise your dog will enjoy his or her time with Jax, Charlie, and I! I have walked friends and neighbors dogs and provided over night and short term dog sitting for a variety of breeds. Jax has completed advanced obedience school, giving me extensive experience with the training process. I also am a certified behavior therapist which uses positive reinforcement to increase desired behavior. I am currently working as a teacher, but have the availability to come home 2 times during the school day if your pup requires it! I am typically gone for 7 hours Monday-Friday, but come home at lunch to walk the dogs. In the summer time, I have full availability. I always make time to walk the dogs at least twice a day for 20-30 minutes. If your pup requires more or less, I can tailor their walks accordingly. I am very flexible with scheduling. I live in an apartment, but your pup will have plenty of room to play. Although there is no fenced in yard, there is large grass spaces for dogs to play and sidewalks perfect for a long walk! We also are more than happy to take the pups to Bear Creek Dog Park to get out any extra energy. I am happy to crate your pup if needed. My husband is around to give your fur baby extra love as well. We have plenty of interactive dogs toys for Jax and your pup to play with. We are in close proximity to multiple dog parks for the pups to run around. My dog is 4.5 years old and loves to make new friends. We hope your pup will come join us while you are away!
