Dogs have been a big part of my life for almost 20 years . I started my first dog walking/pet sitting business in and around Brighton and Brookline, Massachusetts. I grew up in Newton, Mass and then moved to Brighton in my early 20's. There, I owned and operated the business for 6 years called the Pet Maid. Then decided to move to Portsmouth, NH where I owned the animal business for 8 years, then moved to Portland, ME. I changed the name to Touch My Soul Pet Services. I created a dog business in Portland for 2 years and then decided to move to western, Mass. I would say what sets me apart from other animal businesses is that I intuitive with people's animals, by training owners to understand their dogs about dog behavior. I am also certified in animal massage which benefits people's pets when they especially suffer from an ailment. I enjoy making it easier for owners to live a life they deserve. It is important to bring peace of mind to owners.

She exudes confidence in how she communicates to owners aiding them with what they need to feel confident with their dogs emotionally, mentally and physically. By using her ability to understand a dog’s energy and what makes a dog tick, she is able to create a great bond with any dog no matter what their history is. In addition her use of pet massage helps with dogs arthritic joints and is something the dogs truly love. My personal experience with Jillian was incredible as she was able to quickly, safely and creatively bond with my Pit-bull, Sapphire, who can be a handful.
I have known Jillian for more than 9 years. She has always worked with dogs and cats. She loves animals and is very empathetic. Giving dogs and cats quality one-on-one time is of great importance to Jillian. I always felt comfortable when she was with my dog and she treats all animals in her care as if they are her own. And, she does have a cat that leads quite a good life.
