My husband and I live in the Lake Highlands neighborhood and would love to watch your fur-baby! We are totally that couple that passes you on the street and wants to immediately pet your dog because we can't resist the cuteness! Our 10 year old Weimaraner, Sophie, crossed the Rainbow Bridge in May 2019, but we would love to give our attention and affection to your pet! We love to give lots of cuddles and go for walks around our neighborhood and White Rock Lake so your dog will feel loved and adored while in our care! We both grew up with dogs so we know that they are just as much a part of the family as anyone else, so we will treat your dog as if they are our own!

Alfred and Jillian are friends of ours and they are the ones that told us about Rover! They were able to host our Honey Bunny for a couple days and we knew she’d be in great hands. They sent us awesome pics of our dog. Alfred and Jillian have a lovely home for your dogs and will take great loving care of them, 10/10!

Jill & Alfred were amazing with our 13 year old Bull Terrier! They sent daily photos and updates, made sure he took his meds on time, played when that little bit of puppy energy came out, and cuddled...lots of cuddles! Highly recommend!
Winnie absolutely loved staying with Jillian and Alfred! She was loved the entire time and was treated like she was their own dog! I received prompt responses from my check-ins and tons of photos! Winnie will definitely stay with Jillian and Alfred again in the future.

We do not have any breed restrictions, but we would please ask for honesty if your pet is aggressive or has any behavioral traits we should be aware of. We would also love to know about your pet's personality and any dietary needs or any medication your pet is currently taking. While we don't expect anything but fun and snuggles, we live 7 minutes away from Hillside Vet (24 hour emergency vet - we've had wonderful experiences with them when our Sophie was sick). We think it would be best, if possible, that we meet you and your pet before the boarding date. That way, they can get used to us while you are there to make them feel secure.
