I was out of the country for 2.5 weeks, the longest stretch away from home. Naturally, leaving my dog behind had me quite anxious. However, Jillian's exceptional communication skills put me at ease. I never once had to request updates or photos. Thanks to her, I could fully immerse myself in my vacation without fretting over my dog.
