I've taken care of animals my entire life! I grew up with dogs and cats in my home and part of my daily chores was feeding, walking, and basic needs care for those pets. I continued to have animals throughout my adult life and always had them around when my kids were little too. I've loved on dogs and cats of all ages, from puppy-hood to senior care, everyone deserves love!

While I won't be watching pets in my home, I would love to come to yours and spend time with them! I am available for house/pet sitting, as well as the occasional drop in. I am flexible with any care needs that are required for your fur baby and adaptable. I will follow the house rules and be respectful whenever I'm in your home... I treat other people and things how I like to be treated!

I'd love to know if your pet has any quirks, like no cupping of the face, they don't like their tail touched, etc... anything that would cause them to be afraid of me, I want to know. If you prefer any specific time outside, feeding schedule, not on the couch. Things that are normal for your home, might not be for mine so whatever you think is important to tell me, I'd love to know!
A typical day
Ensuring your dog sticks to his or her regularly programmed schedule is important, so whatever basic care needs that are required is something I will make sure to handle first during my visit. Besides the basic care needs, I love playing fetch or tug with dogs... cats I love to play with their mouse toys, give some pets (if they want), and use whatever toys you have around the house to give them some exercise.

I've currently moved down to the North Austin area to be with my son, his wife and their 3 kids. I am a retired massage therapist and looking for something to fill my time but also looking for a meaningful and enjoyable filler. I don't have a set schedule or any current responsibilities besides the random doctor appointment but I can schedule visits around whatever needs your family and pets have.
