Pet care experience
I adore dogs and would love to spend my free time caring for dogs that need some company while you’re busy. I currently have a 1 & 1/2 year old German Shepherd of my own who loves meeting new friends if your dog is in search of playmates. I do have a full time job where my days off change from week to week but I’m off work no later than 3pm everyday so Walks and drop in visits are best for me. However, my days off and times I leave work can be flexible with enough notice of your needs. I would be happy to house sit for clients who wouldn’t mind that I could take care of the home and any furry friends in the mornings before work and then would spend evenings after work and days off there. Along with owning dogs of all sizes and different breeds all my life, I have been house sitting, pet sitting, and babysitting for friends and family over the last decade, but I’m looking now to branch out and help as many people and pups that need it as possible! Military and First responder families hold a very special place in my heart so I proudly offer a 10% discount to any that book with me.

Jill was wonderful taking care of Henry and our home. She went above and beyond with all that she did providing our Henry with all that he needed. Jill also assured that our home was safe and secure. She made it extremely easy for us to know she was taking care of everything and was exceptionally responsive to contact from us. She will be our go to individual to care for our Henry! Book with confidence and know that you can trust her with your most important possessions, whether that be your family pet or your home...or both!
Jill did a wonderful job watching our cat and taking care of our outdoor plants while we were away for a long weekend. She is dependable, came when she said she would. She checked on our cat to make sure she had enough water, food, and was doing well. She watered our plants outside and checked on our pool. She has our full trust to watch our home and our pets!
Jill has looked after my home and my 2 Huskies and chihuahua many times. They all get along great with her german shepherd which is a bonus! She goes above and beyond our expectations everytime she’s here. For example one of the huskies ended up having stomach issues while we were out out of town and Jill came in to an extremely “messy” home. She cleaned up the entire mess and left the house cleaner than we left it. She made sure our Niko was hydrated and feeling better before she would even think of leaving his side. Our dogs just love Jill and we appreciate everything she does for us!

I’d like to understand a dog’s dietary needs and schedule if they have any before sitting them. I would also like to know if the dog has any fears/triggers I should avoid if they are a nervous pup. If a dog needs medication I’m happy to give that to them with clear information on the dosage and schedule. I love all Breeds and don’t have a preference.
A typical day
My spoiled pup has TONS of top of the line dog toys that she’s happy to share with any dog that comes to stay with us. I have a splash pool under the shade of a gazebo for days it may be too hot to go to the park to play. I have a fenced yard but for big dogs it may not be spacious enough for running around. We are just a few minute drive to several different dog parks and I live in a pet friendly neighborhood located on the River Path that makes for great walks.
