Pet care experience
Being with animals is all I wanted to do as a child. A couple years ago, I was always in charge caring for my mothers dog while she was working. We always had a fenced yard so her dogs always had an area to run or play. I fed, bathed, played tug-a-war, cuddle, & love her dogs. I have recently found my interest in rescuing animals. I rescued 2 dogs & 2 kittens so far. The 2 kittens re homed & The 2 dogs were also adopted by me but sadly passed on. I have lots of experience with animals. I help with medicating and grooming. I feel comfortable with most things when it comes to animals. I do my research A-LOT about animals. I signed up for Rover because it’s something I LOVE to do & I will continue this journey of rescuing, loving or caring for animals forever.

This was our first experience on Rover, so I was extremely nervous booking a service; however, Onyx and I truly lucked out with Jill! We booked pretty last minute due to a work schedule change, but Jill was super accommodating. Jill was extremely responsive and provided me with updates (messages, videos, pictures) throughout the day. Onyx got along with Jill and her dogs extremely well. I seriously cannot recommend Jill enough!
Max and Mia were well taken care of. Scheduling was easy, Jill was flexible and helpful :)
Jill was amazing with Abel(Maltese puppy). She was very attentive to his health and offered remedies that would help with his ears. She even helped him become accustomed to other dogs and cats. She always kept me up to date with his daily activities. My puppy had an amazing time and he felt very loved and cared for. He was only there for 5 days but I know he will be excited to come back!! I would definitely recommend Jill for overnight stays. She treated my puppy like her own and truly grateful!! Will be booking Jill again for future stays.

I live next to my mother who owns a dog. I have a fenced yard. I love animals & love their company. Playing with animals is my favorite thing to do. When I am boarding, visits, or doggy day care. I always make sure before I go out there is nobody outside or no animal outside that will likely harm your pup. I will always go before your animals. I will keep them safe, just like if the pup was my own.

A typical day
We take the dogs out to potty in the yard. We play fetch. Sometimes dogs like to run & play with each other. I am not a professional but I will attempt to train litter by little if needed with the permission of the owner outside on a leash & off. After our time outside I feed the dog’s. I like to feed dogs healthy food with their dog food with permission if owner. We cuddle. The dogs play with their toys. We play Tug-a-war. I will also train indoors too with the permission of the owner. We go back out & do the same activities. We go to the park sometimes. We go on walks.

At the moment, I’m free most of the time. Soon I will be continuing my classes. I’m currently in a GED class Tuesday, Wednesday,& Thursday from 12-2PM so I do have a-lot of free time.
