Pet care experience
I've fostered more than 50 dogs of various breeds, including: Black Lab, Collie, Jack Russell Terrier, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Pomeranian, Pug, Great Dane, Beagle mom & her six pups, Yorkie mom & and her 3 pups. It was a joy caring for these amazing animals and finding forever homes for them. During the past 30 years, I adopted three rescue dogs and one cat (Sheltie, Cocker Spaniel, Maltese, and Tabby). I've also had parakeets, rabbits, aquarium fish, and even a duck. I genuinely love all types of animals and look forward to caring for your animals so that you can enjoy your holiday away.

Jill is so sweet! She sent many pictures throughout zeppelin’s stay which made me feel more comfortable! She had him ready to go when I arrived ; provided toys for him as well. We will certainly be back ! :)

My backyard is fully enclosed with a 6-ft tall cedar fence. Your fur baby is welcome to roam anywhere in the yard or house. I do not currently have any pets of my own and I only board one dog at a time, so I will be able to dedicate all of my attention on keeping your pet happy and healthy while you are away.

A typical day
Your amazing pet and I will walk together through tree-lined streets, stopping to greet friendly dogs and smell interesting new things. While in my backyard, your pet and I will play fetch or tug of war until they are tuckered out. We will relax in the house where your pet can watch birds and squirrels from the front or back windows. We will snuggle and nap on the couch or in bed.

I am a recently retired diplomat and enjoy spending my days at home, which means I have plenty of free time to take your loveable dog on walks, play with them in my fenced yard, and watch them nap on the bed.
