Does your dog need a place to hang out while you're away? That's great news because I need the company of a dog! I lost Finley July 2023, my house is so empty and it's lonely without her. I've always had dogs but Finley and I spent everyday together - I carried her in a backpack for almost 16 years so we could travel and go on adventures together. We traveled North America together competing in conformation, performance sports and Do More with Your Dog. During my adult life I've had 5 Italian Greyhounds and Emily Cat. I'm retired with a beautiful fenced backyard and spend my days doing 'retired stuff' and maybe your little dog will like doing those things too. Any dog that visits my house is welcome, they will sleep in my king bed, hang out on the deck and maybe help me garden. After I am comfortable with your dog and we know each other we will go on walks around my neighbourhood where there are treed paved paths - your dog's safety is my priority. Our 4 year old 7.5 pound yorkie can be a handful and was never left with anyone overnight outside our family. However, Jill put us at ease immediately. She has a wonderful confident and kind approach. We received pictures everyday and looked so forward to receiving them. We cannot say enough about the wonderful care Jill provided for Freddie. Chiquita loved her time with Jill. Her place is so well set up for puppies and the care and concern she has for them was hugely comforting while I was away. She knows what dogs need and enjoy for sure 😊 Definitely recommend 👍🏻

The comfort and safety of your dog is important. My yard is fully fenced with a locked gate. I use baby gates and the from door and have viedo camera on main floor when I am upstairs to keep an eye on him/her.

A typical day
We will walk twice a day once I am comfortable and we know each other. My beautiful backyard is great for playing fetch and ripping around. The sun shines right on the deck so great for soaking up the sun anytime of year.

I'm retired so it's just me and your dog. We will hang around the house, watch Netflix, garden and go for walks. If your dog has get togethers that it attends - we can do that too.
