It was very easy to coordinate with Jill for planning Luna's first stay with her, and I appreciate her communication before and during the stay. Jill was great with Luna and her home is well-suited for an active dog to be able to get out and about. Will definitely reach out again in the future!

I highly recommend Jill for dog care! Each time I have taken Layla to Jill’s house, I ask Layla, “Do you want to go see Jill & Rich?” Then she runs to the door and starts whining with excitement. So, Layla also highly recommends Jill! Layla (Australian Labradoodle) immediately bonded and fell in love with Jill and her husband, Rich. They did a fantastic job of taking care of her a few times (for a whole week each time). Layla was perfectly loved and taken care of, and all of her needs were met. Layla is with me 24/7 so it was comforting for me to know that Jill joyfully wanted to follow our daily routine and Layla’s special food needs. Jill had morning lap time with Layla and took her on a long walk every day, then when Rich came home from work he loved to get on the floor to play with Layla. Jill also sent me pictures and a report on how Layla was doing. It was very comforting for me to see the pictures and to know how Layla and Jill were doing. Jill has a tidy and comfortable home with plenty of room for dogs to play. Her gated deck makes it convenient for dogs to be outside and inside when they want. Jill took care of Layla before she signed up with Rover. I’m glad she decided to join Rover!
