I had a very hectic emergency and had to get a boarding for the cats at the very last minute. Jill accepted my request within 1 minute of me sending it. She was very accommodating and kind throughout the entire process. I needed to be late by a couple of hours and she had no problem with it. I told her I was willing to pay extra and she declined and kept them later free of charge. Very kind. It's easy to see why she has many repeat customers.

Jill was very communicative and so kind for taking my pup in , in short notice. She sent a lot of pictures and my pup seem to love being around her and her home. Will definitely come back!
