Pet care experience
I've grown up all my life with animals...dogs, cats, horses, rabbits and even a squirrel! I believe a house is not a home without a pet. My love, patience and caring attitude will guarantee your pet is well taken care of. In 2015 my husband and I renovated and moved into my grandparent's house on their small farm. Our property has a fenced backyard (around 1000 square feet), and there is also plenty of open space on the property where your dog can play freely, having their own private dog park! My service can also include bathing your pet, however I don't do nails or cut/style fur as I'm not a trained groomer. Your pet will be safe, secure and loved during my service whether it's at my home or in yours!

Jill's skills and sensitivity for managing animals comes from a long history of having pets, and taking care of multiple pets (predominately dogs). She has the ability to analyze situations to determine safety and security, and to respond appropriately. She is able to care for different breeds, as she has experience with various ages and temperaments. She is very attentive to detail, and I would recommend her without reservations.
Jill is the type of person who doesn’t ‘own’ her dogs. Yes, she is a responsible pet owner, her dogs’ care giver and guardian, but they are more like family. She gets as much joy being with them as they get with her. Jill is prone to listen first (really listen) then speak. She’s compassionate and very patient not only regarding animals, but for seniors as well. She is also professional and can keep a level head in stressful situations! Jill is a trustworthy person that I would recommend for the care and attention of pets.

If your pet stays in my home it has the same luxuries as my pets do...a fenced yard to run around in, leather furniture it can rest on (or floor pet cushions). I generally give pets potty breaks every 3-4 hours unless more are needed. If I care for your pet at your home, I perform all of your pet requests (and may even water plants, gather your mail, etc. if you request should you be on vacation). I will love on your pet and make it feel happy and loved.

A typical day
When pets stay with me we may either go outside in the fenced in yard or if the pet needs more exercise, I will walk it down to a larger area which is near my garden. However, this area is not fenced so the pet would need to remain on a leash.
