I have been a dog mom since I was 10 years old. I currently am a dog mom to Bailey, 15 lb dachshund/cocker spaniel mix who is loving, blind, and a bit elderly. I'm a full-time worker and a full-time doctoral student, so I love caring for dogs as an element of self-care. They make me play and get out of the house! I'd love to care for your dog as long as your dog is friendly with other dogs. I live with my boyfriend, who also grew up with a playful shepherd mix. I am at work from 9-5, but can be home with your dog outside of those hours. I do ask that your dog has been treated with a flea/tic medication like Advantix and be vaccinated.
