Pet care experience
I’ve been a dog owner all my life but I don’t have the space or time to care for one full time in New York. Rover seems like a great way to spend time with animals and make some extra money. I’ve done volunteer work for animal shelters back home in Philadelphia (where my family’s 3 year old Boston terrier currently lives). This included cleaning the cages of dogs and cats as well as playing with them and making sure they stay engaged while they wait for their forever homes. I also have a lot of experience dog sitting for family and friends. I’ve owned dogs with disabilities/illnesses in the past so I know what to look for if a dog seems to be encountering some sort of issue. I love pets of all shapes and sizes and it would be my pleasure to take care of yours.

Jill was awesome once again! This was our second time having her stay over with Heidi. She sent lots of photos and messages through out the stay- we knew she was in great hands. Heidi was well taken care of and the apartment was just as we left it. Will rebook again with Jill!
Jill, was incredible. Helped us out very last minute with a dog sitter. Was so good to our boy Winston and sent lots of pictures and updates. Will absolutely work with her again.
Jill was absolutely amazing with our two boys. They both lie on opposites ends of the spectrum (one is a young energetic Aussie and the other is an old grumpy blind Cocker Spaniel) and Jill was able to give them the special care they each require. She was always very professional and responsive and it was great to get the daily updates with pictures while we were out of town. Jill alleviated a ton of stress for us after two separate friends fell through for pet sitting and we will most definitely be repeat clients of hers from now on.
Jill was very helpful, accommodating and understanding. She took care of my pups for 4 days when I was out of town. I came back and found them happy and the apartment in good shape. She updated me regularly and I recommend her.
