Hello Pet Parents! My name is Jill and this is my husband, Anthony. We have 3 boys (ages 9, 12 & 14), and we live on a nice, quiet, private road in Waverly, TN. My family & I LOVE dogs, and we have been around them our whole lives. I had a dog, Tootsie, and a hamster, Scooter, growing up and helped my parents watch dogs when I was a teenager. My husband also had pets growing up. After getting married, my husband & I found a puppy that we fell in love with, Franny Mae. We had her for over 14 years, but she unfortunately passed away in August 2018. We are not ready to own a dog of our own but would love to meet new furry friends, care for them, and love on them like they're our own. We homeschool our children and my husband works from home, so someone is home most of the time. When we all leave, we are rarely gone for long hours and our schedule is FLEXIBLE. Our yard is fenced-in and has lots of space for your dog(s) to run around and be played with by our family. Besides playing, we like to give belly rubs, treats, & cuddles. Jill & Tony have been caring for our dogs for over 2 years now when we travel. They are our pups extended family. I know they are getting lots of love & attention while we are away, and gives me peace of mind that they are being cared for.
Jill and Anthony were fantastic. They have a wonderful back yard, perfect for dogs, and they made us feel comfortable right away. Their boys were friendly with our dogs, and we got lots of pictures and updates while we were gone. I would definitely take my dogs there again. Highly recommend.
Always a comfort to know our dog is loved while we are out of town!
This was our first time boarding with Rover and Jill and Anthony made it such an amazing experience. They took our 2 Great Danes.. yup.. two, and made them feel at home and comfortable for the weekend. So, so happy with how they took care of our pups and let us enjoy our time out of town knowing they were in good hands. Thanks so much!!!

Is the dog house-trained? We understand that a pup may have an accident in a new environment and that's okay, but we would appreciate that your dog(s) be house-trained to the best of your knowledge. TIA! :) Does the dog have any anxiety when left alone? We are home more often than gone but would appreciate knowing if your pup(s) may be mischievous if left alone. Does the dog have a tendency to chew or bite? Some play "biting" is understandable, but we have children and would like your dog(s) to be okay with them and the fact that they might get loud while playing together. Does the dog have social anxiety around people or other dogs? We'd like to know this for the safety of your pet(s) and the people or animals they might encounter.
A typical day
If you choose our family to care for your pup(s), we will have lots of fun & playtime inside; give tons of love & attention; run around the yard; and take walks through the neighborhood (if that's what he/she likes) - anything your dog loves to do! :) If you prefer for your dog(s) to be watched alone, we can try to accommodate that request.
