Pet care experience
My professional career background is in family management & in the past 5 years that has included the care of the family pets. I enjoy being able to take dogs out on walks and enjoy being outside with them. I grew up with retrievers and have cared for both small and large dogs. I'm happy to spend time in my local neighborhood helping doggos get some outside time :) I have some experience when it comes to leash training

Jill walked Coconut daily for a month while I was staying in Santa Monica. Normally, I live in Washington state, but I wish we could take Jill with us! She was on time everyday and greeted my wild Coconut with a smile. She always provided updates about their walks and Coconut waited by the door everyday for her arrival. You are in good hands if Jill is caring for your pup! Thank you, Jill for taking such excellent care of Coconut!

My biggest concern is safety. I will provide a safe walk for your pet & myself. In extreme weather, I will take into account the conditions on your pet's paws and will always carry extra water. I've spent my career caring for others and it is a skill that I take into your home with your pets.

How well does your dog do on a leash? Are they currently experiencing unusual bowel movements? How sociable is your dog when encountering other dogs on walks? Does your dog jump/chase after other animals (squirrels, birds, etc)?
A typical day
I love being able to walk along Palisades Park but generally, walking through your neighborhood is sufficient enough. I'll mix up the routes so it's not the same every time :) better stimulus for the dogs and me

Availability
I'm working for myself from home as a childcare consultant so I have the flexibility to take walks throughout the day. I will only accept walks when the sun is up for safety concerns. If the projected UV/Heat index is too high, and out of safety for your dog and myself, I will have to reschedule.
