It’s my second time booking with Jiayan, and I’d recommend her to anyone as she saved our kitties from an urgent situation. We previously booked with a terrible pet sitter who missed multiple visits and we’re very concerned about our cats well being and safety, and we reach out to Jiayan. Jiayan agreed to accept our reservation and took extra care (more than two hours) to do the works the prior pet sitter failed to do—cleaning the litter box, cleaning up kitties’ eye stains and discharges that has been very tough to clean as they were cleaned for many days, brushing kitties’ fur, fixing their feeder, and cleaning up some mess. We really appreciate Jiayan to be there for the emergent situation. She is very caring, trustworthy and responsible. I would give her 10 out of 5.

This is my second time with Jiayan, she is an awesome cat sitter! Since she also has a cat, she understood what my Coco wants and needs and took care of Coco really well! She is very responsive and send me many photos of Coco and shared her condition in details every time she came to visit Coco. Jiayan is responsible and trustworthy cat sitter. Highly recommended!
