I need to know if they have any phobias, issues, (such as fear of other dogs), allergies, dietary requirements, favorite toys,personality quirks, rules from their house if different from mine (such as no sitting on couch). I don't want to give them any bad habits that they take home.

We live in Payson Pines, a quiet little neighborhood on the North end of town. We have our own private park, which is lovely and safe. We also adjoin National forest, with nice paths. I carry a pepper spray in case we run into Javelina. We can play fetch, work on tricks for treats, cuddling,massage, naps, and just chill in general. I volunteer over at the Humane Society, walking dogs, so I'm accustomed to partial pit breeds, high energy, unruly little people who are stressed out. Walking your pup wont be any challenge compared to that. My home is very peaceful. I have no children or other animals, and I work at home on my computer so they'll have my full presence and attention.
