I’ve been walking/caring for pets of all kinds since childhood. My family had dogs and cats and I also have a cats of my own! My family and neighbours have trusted me to walk, pet sit and provide overall care for their animals while away or on holiday for many years.

Hi, I'm a new pet owner with a 12 week old Siberia husky. It was hard to find someone with patience for how much energy he has. The first time I contacted jewel I had to go to work but my puppy needed to go to the vet. I trusted jewel to take him, and she did. When I picked up my puppy I had detailed notes on what the vet had said, I really appreciated this as I couldn't be there but felt that I had gotten all the information. Jewel has been working with my puppy to crate train him as well, I've noticed a major difference in a short period of time. I've continued to use jewel as a sitter and I won't be changing that. Jewel has the patience, care and knowledge to take care of my puppy and I feel comfortable leaving him in her care
I have 2 high maintenance cats that require all day care. They both have medication that needs to be taken on time. They also have specific homemade diets so it’s hard to find someone to care for them as I would. Ive had jewel as a sitter for a few months now when I have to leave for work. Jewel made sure she knew their routines and took care of them as I would have. I will continue to count on Jewel because I know I can trust her. Medications were never missed, feeding were on time and they never lacked attention!

I currently work part time as a youth worker and am attending university courses. My schedule is open Wednesday to Saturday so I have plenty of free time to spend with your pups!
