Pet care experience
I've had pets since I was a baby. My mother had a little wading pool and she used to put our pet ducklings in the water to swim with me. When I was five, I started bringing home injured animals. I've worked with everything from skunks to raptors to more common animals like dogs, cats, and horses. When I got old enough, I started volunteering for different rescue organizations. That lead to me lobbying state and federal legislators for bills concerning animal welfare. Most recently, I helped prevent the round-up and slaughter of the Salt River Wild Horse herd. I will walk your pet frequently and give lots of cuddles. Pets are our children and soulmates. They teach us how we should be--they are angels that inhabit the earth for a short time.

Jewel is patient, kind, and loving towards every living being she is around; this is not limited to her plants. She is always talking about Stella and how Stella is doing. I have never met someone so caring towards another creature. She has a great sense of humor and emotional maturity. Thinking of Jewel taking care of other animals just makes logical sense and I would trust her with my own pets because she would not only make sure they were taken care of physically but emotionally as well. That is what she does she takes in strays and nurtures them without bias. She is unconditional in the love she shares.
Jewel Welter is a compassionate and lover of animals, as shown by her dedication to the Salt River Horse cause and dogs. She has shown patience in her instructions and training of dogs. She is comfortable around all types of dogs. She is physically fit and is comfortable with walks and hikes with dogs. As she has a cell phone she can communicate and send photos to owners. She is a responsible dog walker.
Jewel is one of the most thoughtful and caring people I know. She gives a piece of herself to every person and pet she meets. She is incredibly reliable and will move mountains to make things work. Jewel always comes through rain or sun, sleet or know. I am truly blessed to know such an amazing woman.
She is incredible with dogs. She has personally rescued two dogs plus cared for many. She is extremely compassionate towards all animals. She has demonstrated one of the most loving and caring relationship with animals that I have ever seen in any person. I would trust her with my pets, without reservation.
