I grew up with cats, dogs, and bunnies - adopted my first cat when I was 14 years old and had her for a wonderful 12 years. While historically a cat person, over the last half-decade, I've grown to be a dog person too! I am proud (former) fur mama of a goofy, lovable pup and welcome all opportunities to interact with doggos. Though not formally trained, I have several years experience from working with my own dog and trainers and enjoy working with dogs on basic training (sit, down, touch) and also fun games (find it, kisses, shake). For active dogs, I love going to Town Lake, Walnut Creek, Bull Creek, or Turkey Creek Trail for hiking and swimming. For more relaxed dogs, I love curling up on the couch or bed and snuggling. I currently work full-time with a hybrid schedule: in-office 3x/week (Tue-Thu) and at-home 2x/week (Mon & Fri). A normal in-office day for me involves being gone from the house between 8:30am and 5:30pm I am not currently offering in-my-home services due to space and landlord preferences, but when I am in your home, I am respectful of your house and belongings. I am a guest in your home and our relationship is built on trust and respect for each other, the pets, and the space. I believe in doing a meet and greet for every service to allow for us to get to know each other, ask questions, and ensure our working together is a good fit for everyone. During this time together, I will come prepared with some questions and welcome some from you too!
