Jessy is the most kind hearted sitter ever! She has been cat sitting for us since 2015 and we love it. We have 3 indoor / outdoor cats that still need a lot of love and every time we come back our home is always in mint condition and the cats are more than happy! Jessy sends up plenty of pictures during the day to update us on our fur babies well being. We recommend Jessy to everyone including our close family and friends!

Overall, worst experience I've had with a sitter from Rover ever. I was in a very tough bind after another sitter canceled last minute and we were travelling out of town. I knew the sitter was young, but I've had young sitters in the past without issue. I chose this sitter as a matter of convience due to our schedule and I have come to regret it. I don't believe my puppy was taken for a walk the entire 2 days of his stay (no pictures of walks) and he has been shivering (in the middle of July) ever since I picked him up (nearly 12hrs now). I received a text message at 3am saying they wouldn't be able to keep him until 11am, our previously agreed time. This was even a few hours less than what I had paid for, but the sitter let me know they had to go to work that day by 11:30am and I was trying to accommodate. He is a small (7lbs) goldendoodle and is not accustomed to extended periods in his crate, and from the tears where he has chewed through his harness we believe this is what happened. I wouldn't recommend this person for sitting.
