I do not recommend anyone use Jesslyn to care for their pet. We recently hired Jesslyn to take care of our dog for 4 days over the Christmas holiday and are extremely upset at the care she gave. Jesslyn was instructed to feed Our dog and/or let out 3 times per day, morning, dinner time, and before bed. Her services stated she gave walks but I told her that was unnecessary, to simply let my dog out into our fenced in backyard, if she came back inside then Jesslyn could go home, if not allow her to explore the yard for a while. We have security cameras so we were able to see Jesslyn’s visits. Most morning visits Jesslyn came late, a night time visit was simply missed altogether. After missing this visit, and no sign of Jesslyn the next morning I had to text her to make sure she was on her way, she stated she was although my cameras show her arriving later than it would’ve taken had she been. While letting our dog out she yells at her to “shut up”, another occasion “your barking is getting on my nerves”. After leaving her without a bathroom break for 14 hours she is let outside, goes to the bathroom, and lays in the yard. Jesslyn has been at my house for less than 5 minutes and begins yelling at her very harshly to come inside so she can go home. We are sad and distraught that we left our pet in her care, but hope you learn from our mistake and do not do the same.
