Pet care experience
I have never lived in a household without at least 1 animal whether that be a dog, cat, or even rodent. I've always loved animals and they never cease to bring a smile to my face. Currently I have 2 cats and dog, but have been raised around at least 12 different pets (mostly dachshunds) so animals are no mystery to me.

Jessie is amazing. He's trustworthy, punctual and the best part is my dogs absolutely love him! Seeing how my dogs react to him let's me know they are in good hands.
Jessie is the sweetest guy I've ever met. He's so caring with his own dog, Cerberus. I'd trust this guy with my life, let alone my furbaby. Not to mention, Cerberus is a ding dong puppy boy and mega floofster, and so kind to other dogs and people. Jessie and Cerbeus are a perfect duo.

I believe in taking care of animals in a gentle manner and ensuring they feel safe. An anxious animal can be a dangerous animal so I like to take my time and really get to know them. Each creature has its own personality, so no one approach works better than another. I believe in taking care of every animal the same way I'd want someone else to take care of mine.

Each animal is different so it's hard to know what details are important to know. Of course allergies, anxieties, and aggression are all great thing to know about before hand. I also believe it's important to know a pet's routines so you're not throwing off their rhythm.
A typical day
All pets can be quite energetic and curious creatures, so I like to let them explore under a close eye. It's important to let them explore, play, and figure things out, but it's just as important to ensure they're safe while doing so. I love to take my pets (sometimes even my cats) for walks around the neighborhood and let them socialize and sniff with their surroundings. I also enjoying taking my dog to the dog park near me. On a typical day you could expect the same for your pets.

Availability
I'm currently a part time employee, and will resume studies as a full time student at MSU in the fall 2023 semester, leaving plenty of time do other activities like caring for pets. My schedule does change from week to week giving me the ability to have a fairly flexible schedule.
