Pet care experience
My husband and I have experience with dogs ranging from puppy to elderly, small size to large. Our beloved pup passed away not too long ago and we really miss having a dog around, but we aren't ready for a new pup of our own quite yet. We'd be happy to share our love of animals while caring for your pet! Before our dog Max passed away, he was dealing with a lot of health and mobility problems, so we are comfortable giving medications if necessary. We do not have any pets in the home. We have an unfenced yard with a pool. We are happy to take them out for bathroom breaks on a leash and on walks around the neighborhood. As we both work from home, we have flexible schedules and can provide pop in visits, or boarding. We are also more than happy to provide pictures and/or videos of your pet while they are under our care.

I had an amazing experience with Jessie and Robert! Not only did they provide daily updates with lots of pictures, but they also took my dog on regular walks. My dog was incredibly happy and well-exercised during their stay. I highly recommend them!

I’ve known Jessie for almost 10 years and in the time I’ve known her she’s had 3 dogs. She’s always taken great care of them. The care and attention she gave them was amazing!! She would also treat my dog with the same love as if he was her own. I know Jessie would treat any animal that same way, it’s just the way she is. Jessie is a pediatric nurse so it’s in her nature to be kind and caring.

I have my settings for small and medium dogs, however I am open to large/giant dogs on a case by case basis. I'd prefer to accept a larger dog if my husband is able to accompany/help me with the dog (at least until I get to know the dog myself). Our dog that passed away was a 100lb Pit Bull, so I am comfortable caring for larger dogs once I understand their temperament.
A typical day
I am happy to provide whatever activities your dog enjoys. We can go on walks, play fetch, run around the yard, or just relax on the couch. Of note, our neighborhood has a fenced in dog park that I am willing to take your dog to as long as they are okay with other dogs. This is completely up to you!

Availability
My husband and I both work from home and have very flexible schedules. We have plenty of time to take your pet on walks outside, play with toys, or just cuddle with them.
