The beautiful pup in my profile picture was my sweet beagle girl Pebbles. She was truly one in a million and is missed every single day. I am currently a volunteer with a multi state beagle rescue group. I primarily do beagle transports for the group. Whether it's for the dogs freedom ride or taking an adopted dog to it's furever home. This is how I stumbled upon the very active little guy I adopted in November of 2019. Ozzie came to me as a weekend hold in preparation for his new foster family. In less than 48 hours, I fell in love and the rest is history. I am very familiar with the hound breed as I have owned several dachshunds and several beagles. I am very experienced with senior dogs as I prefer to adopt seniors since they don't get adopted as quickly as puppies. I am also a cat lover! I had my cat Fluffy for 18 years. He was quite the independent guy. He lived as an indoor/outdoor cat in the country. Please note it is Rover policy to do a meet and greet before mutually agreeing to accepting any Rover service.
