I am a life-long dog lover. I have a big fenced yard, and dog of my own. I work from home full time, so I'm almost always here. I have been dogsitting for friends and family for the past 10+ years, and it's something I truly enjoy doing. I have also volunteered at the Orleans County Animal Shelter for the past 5+ years, helping exercise the dogs as well as give them love (and treats), but also helping to rehabilitate some of the dogs that aren't immediately ready for adoption. I'll make sure that your pet gets lots of love and attention. I'll be happy to send updates and photos of your pet. I always make my furry guests feel like part of the family.

Jessie was amazing with Buddy! From the start, communication was fantastic—he kept us updated with pictures and videos. It was clear from every update that Buddy was having a blast! Buddy loved playing with Jessie’s dogs. It’s such a relief to know he was not only well cared for but also genuinely enjoying himself and making new furry friends. Jessie treated Buddy like part of the family, and we get very nervous leaving Buddy so this helped put us at ease. We are SO grateful for the excellent care Jessie provided. I’ll definitely be booking with him again, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, pet-loving sitter!

I generally try to make sure the dogs go outside at least every 2-3 hours, but I will let them out as frequently as they want. I usually feed everyone at the same time, once in the morning and once in the evening, but I can accommodate special schedules if needed. Walks happen occasionally, but it's difficult if I'm watching more than one dog; regardless, your pup will definitely get plenty of exercise and playtime.

I prefer not to watch dogs with food aggression and/or resource guarding issues, but I'll still be happy to meet such dogs and see how it goes.
A typical day
Dogs love running around my big yard, saying hi to all the neighbors that walk by, and barking at all the cats that walk by. Your dog will also enjoy activities such as fetch, tug-o-war, and no-limit texas hold'em.

The dogs are always with me when I'm home, or when they are outside alone, I'm monitoring them with cameras. I don't often leave the dogs for more than an hour or two while I run errands.
