Hi! I'm Jessica and I'm married to Zack! We absolutely love pets and we've been pet sitting professionally for more than five years. Our home base is Cleveland, Ohio, but we travel for pet sitting frequently and have pet sat in North Carolina, Illinois, New York, Minnesota, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Washington DC, California, Colorado, Kansas, South Carolina, Florida, and Oklahoma so far! I am a Buffalo, New York native and we're planning to take a break from cross-country travels for a bit while Zack pursues a degree. I will be coming to Buffalo often, and would love to spend time with your animals when I do! I can accommodate virtual meet and greets for all services.

My experience with these sitters really excellent. Clear straightforward communication throughout the process with an easy to work with, caring and very professional manner. If you need to leave your pets and not worry about your home, just hire them. My pets were well-cared for, that was obvious. I have 2 high need (medically) older pets and all the special care was handled and communicated well. Our home was left in great shape and as neat (or neater) than when they arrived. I would hire them again (and recommend the service) without hesitation.

Best dog sitters!
Jessica and Zach are absolutely wonderful! They went well above and beyond anything we could have hoped. They took care of our nervous great Dane in a blizzard with patience and kindness. Our cat got scared of something during their stay and kept himself under the porch for several days. Jessica and Zach did everything possible to help him and care for him. He finally came out and we were all SO relieved. They followed all the instructions and took care of the house as well. Our travel plans were delayed slightly and they were so willing to stay an extra day to help out! We also kept in communication the whole time and that was so helpful. 100% recommend! I would DEFINITELY go back to Jessica and Zach for sure!

We are happy to share photos and updates and typically do so once per day though we can provide more or less frequent check ins if you prefer. We don't have any breed preferences, and look forward to hanging out with all different types of dogs and cats.
A typical day
We love exploring new neighborhoods when walking your dog! We also love to play tug, fetch, and just generally hang out with your pets. If you have a cat, we're happy to adjust to their preferred level of social interaction!

Availability
I am self employed and work from home, so I can design my day around the needs of your pet. When we're in Buffalo we also have family obligations, but are generally not gone for more than 4-5 hours at a time and we always stay overnight. During the work week, I design my meeting schedule around your itinerary and as a result, we require specific arrival and departure times to be set prior to booking. Additionally, bookings are only guaranteed once confirmed through Rover. If your dog requires constant care, please indicate that when booking and I can provide appropriate rates.
