Pet care experience
***Medium and small dogs only please*** Large dogs (over 60 lbs) will not be accepted unless you are a returning client. Thank you! Since I typically only watch one dog or dog family at a time, I provide a safe place for pups who may not be comfortable in a new environment around unfamiliar furry friends. (If you are comfortable with your dog being boarded with others, please let me know and I may open up more spots for other dog-friendly pups to join us during your booked stay. I will always acquire consent from both parties before dogs from different families are allowed to board together.)

We survived our first experience leaving our Pug with someone and Jessica really went out of her way to make sure not only our dog was comfortable, but us! She and her kids helped get our buddy through what would have been a long night!

We adopt your pet into our daily routine. Usually, dogs are welcome to have free roam of the house (excluding those with destructive history). Small dogs may share our bed but medium and large dogs may sleep in our bedroom on the floor or dog bed unless owner prefers they be crated. We watch tv with them, cuddle with them, go for adventures, play, give treats, and are always sure to follow any special instructions to a T. In short, we are responsible, communicative, kind, playful pet sitters and lots of fun for your dog!

I will need to know what your dog’s history is with children. My kids are well-informed about how to approach dogs and that each dog needs to be treated differently depending on their demeanor. My children can be rowdy as all children can be, but they are respectful and gentle. All dogs regardless of training or tag status will be kept on a leash at all times when outside the home/fenced patio. Please let me know what makes your pup feel special and how to make them feel at home!
A typical day
We are in a perfect location for hosting pups. We have a fenced patio in the back, a neighborhood park in front with lots of space for play or sunning, and walking distance to two larger parks. Our house is surrounded by walking paths and creeks, so your dog can walk for miles and splash to cool down in summer.

My family loves dogs but we don’t have one of our own. We love getting to know new pups! We are very laid back, present, and caring. I work part time outside of the home four days a week. If your stay lands on one of my workdays, your pup must be able to be trusted to stay home alone. If we have reason to believe they may engage in destructive behavior, we may ask that they be crated or gated while we are gone. All of this will be discussed beforehand, I will not crate your dog unnecessarily.
