When I lived in Ohio (moved to DC September of 2020), I volunteered with Buckeye Bulldog Rescue as both a foster mom and a co-chair of charitable events. I spent five years with the organization. My affinity for pups reaches far beyond bulldogs. I believe that dogs truly make our lives better, and that dog ownership is a privilege - not a right. My Frenchies -- Henry and Sammy -- are the loves of my life (essentially my children)! :) Henry is your typical Frenchie: stubborn; playful; funny; joyful; smart; constantly entertaining; loves ALL PEOPLE ALL DOGS and believes they should all love him back; and very curious. Sammy is my little special needs baby. Sammy has mild hydrocephalus and will have head tremors intermittingly (especially when excited by treats; food; or other doggos). He is as sweet as can be and LOVES hosting new furiends at our place!
