Jessica recently provided care for our three cats and two turtles in our home for 13 days/nights. There is a certain amount of stress that comes with being away from home for almost two weeks. That stress was eliminated knowing Jessica was caring for our pets and home while we were away. Jessica took time to learn about the unique personalities and preferences of each of our pets, and did a wonderful job maintaining their normal routines while we were away. She diligently followed all instructions and provided frequent updates (text and photos). The updates provided us with a tremendous sense of comfort seeing the cats and turtles continue with their normal daily activities. Jessica was very respectful of our home and left it extremely clean and tidy. Our vacation was more enjoyable knowing Jessica was providing care in our home. She is extremely attentive, compassionate and professional. She has excellent communication skills and ensures she has a clear understanding of all requirements and expectations. Not only did she minimize stress for us, she did the same for our cats and turtles. We highly recommend Jessica for housesitting/pet care and plan to request her services again in the future.
