Jessica is fantastic!! She sent updates and photos each visit. We had piece of mind our dogs were well taken care of. We will definitely ask Jessica watch our dogs again.

Jessica was always right on time but she turned a switch on the wall off and it disabled my security cameras. I don't think she did it deliberately. Other guests in my house have made the same mistake trying to turn on a light, but I know that I did give her verbal instructions not to touch that switch. It also turned my lights off and I told her that I would leave a light on 24 hours. Nonetheless it was a bad mistake to make. I am a mentally ill person who depends on being able to watch my cat and my home while I am out and my cameras were offline. She did send pictures every day and that was good. The litter box was very clean. But I told her that I would leave soap and towels out for her to wash his bowls and they appeared to have not even been touched, so I am wondering if she really washed his bowls or not. I think that she did give him love. I would still consider using Jessica again.
