Jessica went above and beyond trying to take our anxious dog on a walk. She was communicative and incredibly understanding when our dog got so scared of a visitor coming by when we weren't home with her. Jessica stayed well past the allotted time for the walk trying to get our dog to calm down, and even cleaned up when our dog got sick. Jessica was on the phone with me to let me know exactly what was happening, and handled the whole situation with great kindness. Our dog may not be meant for drop-in visits, but I'd highly recommend Jessica as a dog walker.
