Pet care experience
Comfortable, safe, and fun. We lavishly love on one pup at a time. I have cared for a variety of dog breeds and temperaments over the years-- my own dogs and friends' pets since I was 7. I have had some timid pets in the past; I'm aware of their needs and could provide a quiet room of their own if necessary. I have the flexibility of being at home with my children everyday. We do not yet have our own pets as a young family, but would love the chance to love on your pet.

Jessica and her family were the BEST. I am very particular about who watches my dog as he is my service dog and baby. She sent me pictures every day and kept me updated numerous times throughout the day. Couldn’t have expected anything more from this experience! :)

Jessica and her family were amazing! It was my first time boarding a 2yo pup I recently rescued and she was so patient and helpful with all of his quirks and all my concerns. He wasn’t eating for an unclear reason, and she problem solved it expertly - adding chicken chunks to his food, and even giving me some cooked chicken to take home when I picked him up. Highly recommend!
Jessica did a great job with Havi! He was quickly comfortable and part of the family which made me feel great and able to focus on my trip away.! She sent pictures every day so I could see him playing, cuddling, and resting. :)

We would need to know if your dog/cat has experience with children, if any. What are your tick prevention measures? We take Lyme's exposure seriously. Also if your dog has any behavioral needs or things that might bother him/her, as well as any medications or allergies.
A typical day
We have a large back yard and quiet neighborhood for walks, as well as a wooded trail nearby. We encourage pet parents to bring their pup favorite toys for the most comfortable stay but we can provide waste bags, pet beds and lots of attention while in our care. We will have a conversation with each family about how to best serve the pet before his/her stay; we know every family and pet is different.

Availability
I am available to play with your pet all day if needed as I am a full-time parent and homeschool teacher. We wake early in the morning and could be available to you as early as 7am. If your pet likes lots of attention or perhaps needs some space and his/her own room, look no further.
