Dedicated and Reliable Pet Sitting

Pet care experience

Having extensive pet care experience sets me apart from other sitters. Growing up with cats and dogs has given me firsthand knowledge of their needs, behaviors, and the responsibility required to care for them. Currently, I have an 11-year-old cat and a 4.5-year-old dog, which has further enhanced my understanding of their unique personalities and specific care requirements. In addition to my personal experience, I have also volunteered at animal shelters, where I gained valuable hands-on experience taking care of both cats and dogs. This experience involved feeding, walking, grooming, and providing companionship to animals in need. It has given me a deeper understanding of various breeds, temperaments, and the importance of providing a nurturing environment for their well-being. By combining my personal experience and volunteering at animal shelters, I have developed a well-rounded skill set that allows me to provide exceptional care for pets. I am adept at recognizing and responding to their individual needs, ensuring their safety, comfort, and happiness while their owners are away.

Jessica is amazing with the animals in her life, both her own and other’s. When I adopted my two rescue dogs who were afraid of other people, the moment Jessica met them, our dogs were in love. She was able to get them comfortable and we saw affection come from our older dog that was completely new to us. She really opened the door for both us and our dogs to build our relationship and build their trust in humans. Jessica has a unique ability with dogs and cats and is someone who has high integrity in herself and anything she puts her heart into.

Jess is an animal whisperer! Our two dogs (a GSD mix and an Aussie) not only adore her but she has a calm way of working with them that they walk away remembering their commands better and thinking they played the entire time. Both our dogs are rescues who have needed some extra TLC and Jess seems to know just how to meet them where they’re at.

Jessica’s love for animals is so heartfelt and free. Her presence with them is so natural and comfortable. You would think she had always known any pet she approaches the way she loves on them. Everyone we know always ask Jessica for help with their animals. She is the best!
