This was the first time using Rover and it was easy to navigate and found an amazing sitter, Jessica in our area. We were able to chat before committing, and our pups had a meet and greet. Communication was fluid and without any issues. We received daily updates with pictures which was nice to see our pups while we were away. Payment process was easy as all was managed through Rover. We could not have asked for a better experience and would not hesitate to entrust Jessica again with our fur babies.
