I’ve been an animal lover my entire life, with two years of regular volunteer experience at a local humane society and a year of sitting experience. I have a 6 month old Dalmatian of my own who LOVES to play! I grew up with chihuahuas, pit bulls, westies, and reptiles, and have taken on pet sitting out of pure love and compassion for animals of all kind. I have done extensive training on recognizing and approaching animal behaviors, especially with shy, anxious, scared dogs and cats. I’ve been sitting for families on base for almost a year now, with most of my clients coming from facebook. I gladly offer an all-inclusive rate with exercise, enrichment, medication administration, and necessary bathing and vet visit transport for all one price. I have experience with dogs that require medication multiple times a day, your pets health is top priority. I have experience caring for pets of all kinds, from puppies to senior dogs and cats. Information Jessica V. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know if your pet has any special requirements, how they do around other animals, how they are on a leash, and if they are fixed. I also have a dog of my own, so please let me know if your pet is okay around other animals. Unfortunately at this time, I can only board small breed dogs, due to the size of my apartment and not being able to provide adequate space for larger dogs.
A typical day
Exercise includes: walks around the neighborhood, dog parks/beaches, and hiking trails. Dogs will be walked at least once a day unless otherwise requested by owner. I understand that dogs, especially larger & more energetic breeds, absolutely require at least an hour of exercise a day, and am completely willing and able to accommodate! I also have a lot of experience working with shy animals so I’m willing to take those extra steps to make sure your pet is comfortable and happy. When sitting, I only leave the pet during my work hours and to make stops at the grocery store.

Availability
I am AD military and work 6:45am-3:00pm on weekdays, so I’m available outside of that timeframe and all day on weekends. While I’m at work, pets are crated in my home. I make a stop at home around noon every day to let the pups out for a potty break! During the weekends and holidays, I am with the pets full time.
