Hello! I'm Jess. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, temperaments and breeds. My yard is securely fenced and expansive, and my home is safe and calm. I am a volunteer and dog foster for the Santa Cruz County Animal Shelter, and I also foster disabled, senior, and blind dogs for Peace of Mind Dog Rescue. I don’t have any dogs of my own at this time. I had a blind and diabetic terrier mix named Marley, but sadly he passed away due to old age last year. As a result of caring for Marley, I am skilled with insulin injections and blood glucose monitoring and can offer that as part of my services. I can crate your dog if needed or they can have free roam of the house. On most days your dog will not be left alone for longer than 2 hours at a time. I’m happy to discuss specifics. I work from home and have a flexible work schedule. On most days I can make my schedule around your dogs needs. Your dog can also come with me when I leave the house if they are comfortable in the car.
