Pet care experience
I have had at least 3 dogs in my home ever since I could remember. My dogs at home are Drake (a black Labrador), Izzy (the most sophisticated sausage dog you’d ever meet), and Jasper (my high energy, young pup German Shepherd). I've trained for half marathons with dogs, moved to a new home with dogs, practiced sports with dogs, and just learned how to live life with the support of dogs! Since moving away, I don’t get to see my fur babies as often, so I would love to take care of yours! In addition to several years of experience with dogs, I am also the go-to cat sitter for my friends, most recently taking care of their two babies for 5 months while they travelled the world. I promise to provide treat your animals with the best care and most love in the world - it’s what they deserve!

Jessica was great! Super communicative and sent photos and updates from their walk. Otis had never had a walker/sitter before and Jessica put him at ease right away and was so patient with him.
Jessica was once again great and the cats loved her.
Jessica watched our little Nelson over night and could not be happier with the service she provided. He is a very energetic dog and Jessica took that in her stride, we got regular updates which was amazing as it was the first time he had stayed with someone other than family. Would highly recommend Jessica as a sitter and would definitely use again
We booked Jess with quite short notice to watch our dog Max for the weekend. She was absolutely AMAZING! She is such a lovely girl, and her and max got on great! We got loads of updates and pictures, and it was so nice knowing he was in good hands. I would definitely recommend her, and will be booking with her in the future ?

I have a two bedroom flat in Leith with a large communal garden out back - several of my neighbors have dogs and this can either be used as a pro for socialising, or can be actively avoided if you prefer your dog to not interact with the others. Just let me know!

The main information I’m looking for is how best to help your dog feel safe and comfortable - a lot of the time, I’ve found that even leaving an old t-shirt or blanket that smells like you to put on their bed helps them settle much quicker.
A typical day
I love going on walks in the early morning or evenings, and if your dog is up for it, I love running even more! Nothing better than taking a dog for a run - let me know if this is an option!

Availability
I have a fully flexible work-from-home job, so I can be home with your babies all day. My weekends generally consist of staying at home and reading, interspersed with going to the gym and long walks. I live a very chilled out lifestyle - very flexible and easily can be adapted to fit what’s best for your pet. :)
